Choose one active project
Start with a project you know well. Select your current tool and confirm you can export it. Keep the file on your computer while your application is reviewed.
Review your first import
Once approved, Pro is available for the move. Check task names, nesting, dates and completion in the preview. Original values that need attention are identified before saving.
Pick up where you left off
Open the imported project in Execute. Work from the next unfinished task and use Follow-Up to record the next reply you owe or expect.

Who can apply?
New and Free Noddis account holders with an active project in a supported tool can apply. The pilot has 25 approved places. Applicants can join the waiting list once those places are filled.
What transfers from my current tool?
Supported exports bring over task titles, hierarchy, completion, recognized statuses and valid due dates. Matching updates can become task notes. Other original values can be kept as references. Review custom fields, people, dependencies, recurrence and attachment links before switching.
Which tools and files can I bring?
Choose Sheets / Excel, Asana, Basecamp, ClickUp, Notion, Todoist, Monday, Trello, Airtable or TickTick. Pick the source before choosing a file to see its accepted format. For example, a Monday board workbook and a Trello board JSON use different readers. Proposal / Scope and AI Conversation let you review an extracted outline. Start with one project and compare the preview with your original.
Can I keep Pro for a full year?
Your first approval gives you six months of Pro. After that term ends, reapply for a second six-month term and tell us how your imported project is going. The program owner reviews each reapplication and sends an email when you’re approved.
What happens at the end?
Your account returns to Free unless you choose a paid plan. Applying requires no card. Existing paid subscriptions keep their own billing arrangements.
